My family has used Loomcraft for many years. My parents have had carpet installed in two of their homes. My husband and I had wood floors put in our old home at least 15 years ago. When we moved from that home we had wood floors installed once again. Just this week we had new carpet installed upstairs and are very pleased!!! The installers were very courteous and the service from Loomcraft has been wonderful!!! We highly recommend them for your flooring needs.

In response to the comments left on this website, we would like to add that the issue with CJHUFF was a manufacturer defect. The day after the installation was completed and the issues were noticed, we had the owner out to inspect (we have documentation to prove this) and ordered replacement material at our own cost so that the Huffs would not be inconvenienced further by having to wait for a manufacturer's inspection. This was all done at no additional cost to the customer.

While we appreciate the inconvenience to the customer, this was an issue out of our direct control and we tried...
