I hired the so called company to replace my outdoor unit and it was a disaster from then until I had to get a real company to come finish the job, if your looking to have any work done take my advice and call someone else , the guys who came out could barely speak english , the equipment they were supposed to put in was not what I was told it was supposed to be etc, what a headache .

Apparently I have just been lucky in the past, because I've had good work done by this company, but every time I call and ask for people who have been here before, "they no longer work here." Fascinating. Oh, and they charge for a helper "in case they have to get a part?" An extra $36 an hour? For three simple jobs? (Oh, it would help the plumber's allergies????)
