Wow, where do I begin. Well as a former employee, I will say that if OSHA or a Health inspector of any kind dropped in for a visit they would get shut down. The problem is that Long John's gets too much of a notice of their arrival and nothing but quick fixes are done just to pass. Their are so many health violations going on with that place, I'm surprised they are still in business. The roof...
