Improperly cooked food. Went to Logan's for our anniversary dinner. Last time we were there the food was good and service was good. This time it was horrible. We had to send our steaks back 3 times. The waitress told us management would not let them butterfly the barrel cut filet. This is stupid since that particular steak is thick and those who want well done butterflying is the only way to...
Our hostess hates his job & it shows. Our waiter was great! Very sweet and attentive! Food was so-so. Nothing to brag about. Some others around us complained about the wait time after ordering. Being a Sunday at noon we were surprised that the place was pretty empty.

Worst service. Placed a carry out order for an appetizer. Was told it would be 15 minutes. Got to Logan's 15 minutes later. Was then told they wanted to make sure it was fresh and that it would be another minute (this is code for a mistake was made but I guess you can't admit that in customer service anymore).
