This place is crazy-awesome. Charlie is the best hairdresser I've found in the Pacific NW hands-down. Great cut, amazing color. I used to live in LA and went to Jose Eber. Now I live two hours from Seattle and make the drive to Loft every time for great hair. Totally worth it.

I am extremely picky when it comes to a stylist, but now that I have found Erin, I never need to search for another ever again. She listened to what I wanted, what I didn't want and gave me an honest opinion as to what would be flattering on me. Take heed, potential customers. Mid-way through Graydin's cut, Charles interceded to correct. The result was the best that could be done, considering the circumstance. When finished, they both apologized and said to come back in 5-6 weeks to even things out to a proper cut.
At six weeks I phoned for an appointment with either of them and was told they'd return my call. They didn't.
At seven weeks I sent an e-mail, requesting they contact me. They didn't.
At eight weeks, I left a phone message to remind them I hadn't heard from them. Same result.
