I had an awful experience this Saturday. Walked in, ignored. Asked for clarification on the 50% off items, and the girl told me she did not normally work in this location. She went on to say, that basically it was a guess as to which items were 50% off. Really surprised and walked out.

A clean and well organized store. My friend just needed to pop in to buy a cami but also found some great jeans on sale too.

The Loft is fine it's the customer service at this store that is horrible. I came in to shop with 4 employees in the store and 3 customers.
