Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Loft store. As a former employee I recommend that clients shop at any other location in the city except for this one. Unfriendly, inexperienced, rude staff.

Love the clothes. Been to this location multiple times and the employees have always been very unfriendly. Never been greeted or asked if I need any help.

Small store with limited selection. The employees weren't very friendly and weren't willing to help me or my friends find sizes.

I came in here looking for something new for a special business event. Gayle was amazing in helping me pick out the right dresses that were flattering on me and appropriate for the occasion. I'm sorry if I misspelled her name. But thank you Gayle you are amazing!
