Service is mediocre. Sales associates are great at greeting you if you happen to be Caucasian. Manager was rude.
I love shopping at The Loft and have been a loyal customers for many years. This was without a doubt my worst shopping experience with the business.

I love the new Loft on Weed St! All of the girls that work there are nice and they don't hound the clients like other retailers do! I love that they can always order my size in store WITH free...
