Brother used them years ago when his garage door wouldn't close. Mine went off track in the afternoon. Called. They arranged to come out at noon the next day. I'm not a garage door expert, so they could have told me I had to replace the torsion spring, but instead corrected cable problem, straightened track, and tightened and tuned it up for half of what I feared I'd have to pay. Thank God...
