This place is a scam. When you go to visit the place, with the idea of moving in, they welcome you with open arms, hugs and kisses, in other words, the warm fuzzies. Now when you move in, that is when you start to think all those happy faces you met that touring day, just may have been hired actors. That gourmet food you were shown, poofed in thin air. All the warm welcomes and happy faces , weren't anywhere to be found. All the activities offered were suddenly cut down to , bingo & a movie, day after day. On Sunday evenings you get to be really bored my some old guy who plays tunes on the piano. Yipee!!! Breakfast is at 8AM and if you aren't on time, you are told,,"sorry... no food for you", sound like a Seinfeld episode? When you are on time and are served, you get a half a baked potato, not a whole one & chicken seems to be the protein of choice, day, after day, after day. I applaude the chef, I was amazed that there were so many ways to doctor up the fowel. You will be offered half of sandwich and you will be surpised to see how a small pickle spear, can be sliced into 4 pieces! The residents get offered what they call a "cup" of soup, to me, it is more like an eye wash cup. Its disgusting what goes on in this place. yet they show prospective residents all kinds of videos and pic's of all that they offer.. I have to tell you, you get all mentioned starting at 1800+, up to 4200.@ month. I kid you not. If you love your family member at all, please,don't even think about moving them to this terrible place. I am waiting for the 6PM news some night to see all these so called managers being led out in cuffs.
