Friendly. Fast. Efficient. Cheap. Be nice to them when you call and don't be a douche. Out of all the people in the service industry these guys really don't deserve your shizz and they actually really want to (and like to) help you. In fact, I really had to fight the urge not to ask my guy to keep in touch and go out for beer later. He was just that cool. I'll never call another locksmith again...
