Their staff is very competent, two people tried to open my door and were not able to and then this locksmith came and opened it without a problem.

I needed someone to come and rekey my lock at 7am in the morning and a technician came right on time so that I would not be late to work. Great service and fair prices. Would recommend these guy if you want the job done well.

We brought in our own special key, they cut it in no time at all and only charged us $1. Beware, it is hard to find this place, because it is right in front of your face! It is a tiny little drive thru cigarette/key shop right in front of the Trader Joe's on Balboa, don't try to find it by following the address in the strip mall :-)
