Horrible experience.The gentlemen that helped me was extremely rude. He acted like he didn't want to do his job. He treated me with disrespect and had 0 customer service. Avoid this business like the plague. Will never do service with them again. If I could rate this place with 0 stars I would. Don't understand how this place is still in business.

We called Locksmith Central after waiting two hours for another locksmith who never showed up. It took a bit longer than the 20 minutes the guy told me on the phone; but when he arrived, the locksmith was very apologetic for the delay and he was extremely courteous, polite, and absolutely professional. He was able to get the keys out of our car less than a minute!

I locked out myself of my car and called around and found Locksmith Central. Their quote was much less than other locksmith in Folsom. But the service was fast and great. I would recommend them.
