They take their time to assist you with whatever you need... I called them down cause my doorknob seemed to be getting old and my key would get stuck every single time i inserted it. They came down and actually sat down with me explaining their different doorknobs and prices.

I was cleaning out my garage when I found a couple of old filing cabinets I had stored in there. I was walking along the street to get to my car and the impossible happened!
