I didnt know when i had this thumb print pad installed how much work it would be to keep up with it especially since im not so good with technology but it was nice to have the company who installed it close by and available for me whenever i had any questions regarding it. I left to take my dog out for a walk my brain decided to leave the keys behind. I had to call a locksmith to let me back into my house and mentioned that it was hot out and my dog was really thirsty, they came right out in 15 minutes! SO fast! I was house sitting and I went to take the trash out but I was totally on auto pilot and locked the door behind me!! I can't believe I did that! My home was flooded a while back and I lost everything. All my doorknobs and locks were rusted, so I had the Locksmith from this company come down and replace everything. He did it fairly quick considering the amount of work, he answered all my questions and make sure I got the best bang for my buck.
