I contacted Lock & Locksmith Services about some trouble with a sticky lock. I received a prompt response with advice on how to fix the problem on my own, as well as pricing for if I was unable to. Extremely professional, especially given that they could have just charged me. I'll definitely be using these guys the next time I have an issue! AMAZING service that goes ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty. WOW... Henrry is a rockstar. Unbelievably prompt, friendly communication, plus he set up a time to change out my locks outside of their normal service area on the day I was leaving town. Henrry, who did the actual change, was quick, nice, and totally on it. Love. Them. i will recomend Lock & Locksmith Services to every one in Derby, CT.
