Called Lock & Key Shop early in the AM. Our nanny locked her keys in her car and we needed to get the keys out before I left to work. Mike return my called within minutes and was by the locked car within 15 minutes of our initial call. He got the car unlocked in under 30 seconds. Jerry of Lock & Key Shop came by to fix our main door lock. We were cringing, expecting the word that we were going to have to replace the lock with a new one at $1,500! Jerry made adjustments, oiled the mechanism, and it seems as good as new. And the price was pretty reasonable! Good going, Lock & Key Shop ! You're on our list of go-to people.

Wonderful service!!!!! Locked my car keys inside my car. They came to me within 45 minutes and made me a copy within minutes thereafter. Very professional! I will use Lock & Key Shop again!!!

We got locked out of our house the night before thanksgiving and were waiting outside in the cold freezing rain. The guys from Lock & Key Shop were at our house within 25 minutes and got us in quickly without damaging our lock. Super nice and friendly! I will use them again if i need them.
