It breaks my heart a little to have to change my review from 5 stars to 1 star, but when you are treated as poorly as I was today by both Dr. Jose Arroyo and Sandra, I have no choice. Dr. Williams has been my daughter's pediatrician since she was about 1 years old. She is a phenomenal doctor. About a year ago she got sick and had turned over the practice to some man. He's ok. But the real reason for the 2 stars is the wait. Jesus the Lamb of God. We routinely wait 45 minutes to an hour, regardless of the appointment time. Dr. Kessous is such a great doctor. Every time I had an appointment with him, he is very gracious and kind. He made sure I was taken care of. I would recommend Dr. Kessous to everyone.

We booked an early appointment - 9:15am. A hour and half after the appointment time, we were told it would we at least another half hour before he would be available to see us. He totally overbooked patients. A very shoddy practice. He has no value or respect for other people's time. I guess it's all about the money. We left.
