I bought a 1955 rowhome and the loading dock has been a wallet saver. Keep an open mind when you go there sometimes there might be something you can use and other times maybe not. The ladies up front are the BEST, they are really helpful.
By far the best salvage warehouse for building materials in the Baltimore area. From hardwood floors to tile to anything. With a creative mind & a little patience, one could find a deal. Expect to rummage through the pallets of building materials to find the treasure. My deal--- Purchase a cast iron chandelier and 300 sq ft of hardwood flooring (Bruce) --$300.
