They initially estimated to do the work but caveated that it may require extra work. When they looked behind the wall and said it would be a lot more and damaging to the walls, I opted not to get the work done. They still tried charging the full estimate when most of the work they estimated did not get done. Additionally, I had to redo their work because they misread the plans. Then...
