Her experience renting from this company has been completely unprofessional, stressful, and boreline criminal! Stay away from this company!! The owner Dan Rogers is a professional liar, and dishonest business owner/landlord, and once you sign their contract, you're on the hook!
If you're tenant, he won't return your deposit before 1 month and half (that presuming you'll have it back, of course); while other landlords return the rent deposit is 14 days!!! and don't forget that he charges $80 fee for...
