Litz- wont go anywhere else

I've been going to Litz for years. I have seen them "make things right" and go the extra mile when customers had an issue. I have seen their compassion when an upset single mom came in not knowing how she would pay for repairs desperately needed. I have seen them search for parts at a lower rate to help people out. Then one day, I needed their help. YES, they came through without me even asking for the help. I LOVE Litz. I will NOT go anywhere else.

The worst experience ever! I took my car in for a tune up plus oil change. They never called me to tell me how much it will cost. THEY LEFT WIRES UNPLUGGED. THEY NEVER SECURED THE OIL FILTER;...

Friendly Staff - Clean Shop

Staff was friendly during initial phone conversations and in person for pick-up. Completed 4-tire installation in reasonable time. They also took the blue off the white lettering on my tires, which was nice. Delivery to the store was done in less than one day.

We have been using this company for a couple of years mainly for oil changes and one or two other things. We have always hard friendly service and feel like they've never tried to sell us on things we didn't need
