Zero customer service

This is the first review I've ever written. I ordered my new nephew something from little sport fan and besides the reciept and tracking emails that's where it ended. I emailed them a few days after my package should of been delivered and I waited a week and still no reply. I called multiple times throughout the day and got the answering machine. I left a message a full 2 weeks after my package should of been delivered and now it's almost a month since I should of received my package and you guessed right, I still have not heard one word back from this dead beat company. Do not order anything from them if you expect to have any customer service OR the product you ordered. I know things happen but I can't see how I slipped through any cracks if I contacted them through 2 different avenues.
