We visit this icon establishment in the city of Moline Illinois at the least 5-7 times per year. A local mom and pop business that has flourished in our area for decades. The decor is like stepping back in time , the wooden booths and counter tops are all authentic, the candy, food and of course the root beers floats...

Going back in time

I love to eat at Lagomarcino's. I have been eating here since I was a child and I am now a senior citizen. It hasn't changed at all and I love it. I always get a ham sandwich on their homemade bread and a chocolate soda. Their ice cream is wonderful.

I recently had lunch at the Moline location. Both of us had chicken salad but different presentations. I had mine on Swedish Rye Bread. It was fabulous and definitely will be a repeat the next time. The family has been there I think for a hundred years and this is the original shop. The atmosphere alone is worth the stop but the ice cream and the chocolates are great. Most are handmade.
