We have been doing the Parent and Me class for the last several months and my shy child loves it. Today we went to our first solo class (since she is going to be 3) and the coaches were great. They never pressured her to do anything but would come interact with her to encourage her to join. She was very comfortable and knew she could leave the gym at any time to come see me. My son loves the Little Gym. He was really shy at first but now he is doing so well in class. The staff is fun and energetic.
