Help us make it rightI've seen so many adults who have struggled all their lives with reading, learn how to read in a 12-18 months using the Literacy Council's Barton system of reading. The one-on-one tutoring helps so much. It is completely different than the stuff we all learned in school. It is like the ""lightbulb"" finally turns on and reading makes sense! For people with dyslexia, this is life-changing. The staff is very welcoming, and all the tutors are very professional, very caring.
Pros
+ One-on-one, free tutoring. Confidentiality. Materials specific to student's goals.
Cons
- The only hard part...
