Worst haircut of my entire life! I told the stylist I wanted to grow my hair and she cut it so short I look like I have a crewcut! Plus she answered the phone 3 times during my cut. She was clearly not paying attention. She messed up my hair so bad it's going to take at least 6 months to look normal. I feel sick every time I look in the mirror. I can't believe I paid for that. Never Again!

I think that they really stand by there work. I was unhappy about a color servcie one time and lisa called me and personally took care to make sure that I was happy by the time they were done, the last person should have let them know and they probalby would have refunded her money and offered to correct if possible.
