Had very small issues...the made it right right away!!! Carl and Jim are the BEST!!!!!
If you dont have to work with Charles, dont! HE is the reason im not giving 5stars. No tact. I left the lot crying. If it wasnt for how FABULOUS Jim and Carl are...I NEVER would have returned.

Just traded trucks last week. Had a scare just a couple days after purchase but they honor the warrantee! Would have been up s#!+ creek without it. They offered their personal vehicle for use if they couldn't get our truck fixed quickly. New to the area/state, so we were hesitant on any used car lot.
