This apartment complex is falling apart. All of the units have wood rot and they are not fixing the problem. In addition all the units have mold growth on the out side and all have ants. The grounds are not kept up. There is trash every where. Children run around all hours of the day and night unsupervised vanilizing items. You are only permitted 2 parking permits and they will tow your...

The management is awful. The grounds are not kept up. A frat house across the way is always having loud parties. There are childen unsupervised running around all hours of the night. The every thing in the gym is broke. The pool is never clean. They only give out 2 car passes and will tow your car even if it is registered with the complex. there also a lot of college students have...
