Don't waste your time @ Linens 'N Things

I was thrilled when I found towels with a Smiley face on them at Linens 'N Things online store. I set up an account and continued to shop. I submitted my order on Dec. 3. Received an email confirming that Linens 'N Things had received my order and it was being processed. Sent a total of 4 emails asking about the status of my order and asking them to get in touch with me asap. Didn't hear another word from them until I called today! I found out the towels are not in stock, haven't been in stock, and have been discontinued since August. I was informed that just about 90% of the things I'd...
