Since when does "Heat Stroke" cause criminal behavior?  No reason to believe this fence company has turned over a new leaf or done anything to chnge its rip off practices. If you are smart, you will stear clear of this con artist and his various bogus companies under different names.

This individual  has a long criminal record and is not to be trusted.  He runs a fencing company that takes peoples money (deposits for the job) and then never completes the work.  He then makes it difficult if not impossible to get any of the customers money back. It appears he prefers to serve the jail time, for those occassions when he is prosecuted, rather than pay back the money he owes...
