We had a repair through home warranty that went bad in less than 2 months. I realize things can go wrong but felt they should come back and check their repair, supposedly had a 60day warranty. Called them back and both me and my husband had a horrible experience with Linda. She has some serious psychological issues and should not be working in customer service.
