The good: reasonable rent, really nice staff The bad: the company in charge of plowing the parking lot, driveway, sidewalks does a pretty poor job The ugly: there is dog poop EVERYWHERE.

I've lived in these apts for a little over a year now, and I love them. Yes noise can be an issue, but thats apartment living for you. Every once in awhile I've been late on rent and Ryan has always been willing to work with me. I've always been treated nicely by the people in the office. Great place to live!

I have no problems since moving in 10 months ago, management is great, whenever I call in for a workorder it is done the same day.

I love these apartments! You'll be hard-pressed to find a place as nice for the price. Real granite countertops, hardwoods, black kitchen appliances, washer/dryer in the unit...it has everything. The staff has always been helpful and friendly and maintenance has always responded quickly. I can't say enough good things about this place. I have lived here for almost a year and am looking to rent...
