If I could give zero or negative stars I would. I have filed a fraud report against them. Be very careful this place. The owner told me he put a NEW part in my car, but it really wasn't new. It was remanufactured (a part from another car that had been rebuilt). Know your rights if you are going to deal with them, because by law they have to disclose whether parts are new or used (according to the Federal Trade Commission parts for classified as either new, remanufactured, or salvage). Then after I spent hours debating this with him, he lowered the price. At which point he told me he would not take my credit card only cash (he has a credit card machine SITTING ON HIS DESK!). He treated me like I was an idiot because I was female, and told me how shiny my new part for my car was, so that meant it was new. Made comments regarding how I paid too much attention to details and felt bad for my boyfriend, a completely in appropriate comment. Never take your car here unless you want to get over charged, insulted, and treated poorly. My experience ended with paying him cash for my repair, and him telling me I lose again.
Know your rights. He did not follow a number of the mandatory guidelines of the Illinois Attorney General’s Automotive Repair Act. I don't want to see other people get treated the way I was. I would have never known that it was not a new part except I began to ask questions after he refused to give me my old starter back (always ask for your old parts back). I hope this saves at least one person from the terrible experience of having your car repaired by Lincoln Auto Group.

The worst body shop ever. They gave a different estimate and then when they sent the quote to my insurance company it was doubled. So I asked the owner Kal and he said that they were qouting me thinking that I was paying for it. After that they took over a month to fix the car and when I test drove it, the right side door which was supposed to be replaced, was not working. One of the staff said why do u need the right door fixed anyway you should care about your side door. After 8 months, I took the car to the dealer as the door would not open from the inside and I did not trust these guys...
