Rip off alert. These guys are unethical and should go to jail. They will charge you for supplies you did not order. They are rude, and will rob you blind.

Review for Lincare company in general (not just Willowbrook): positively the worst. Billing is constantly screwed up, company will not return calls, they ship supplies that weren't ordered, etc.
