Be prepared to pay a minimum $69.99 service fee regardless as to what repairs need made. I learned this today...5 days after I dropped off my sewing machine to have it looked at. Their website clearly states that they will provide a free estimate prior to any work being done. I understand places having service fees, but nowhere does it state there is a service fee and certainly not that it's...
