i.e.,medications not being given as written.No medications given on 2nd day when I had numerous prescriptions from Dr. patient medications not given in timely manner and not allowed access to my hospital disharge medical records until I was signed out of the facility.Prescription nurse said to me someone call the police because I am fixing to got to jail for hurting me then laughed about it.
