Went to the Indiana ave location to get an oil change and asked for synthetic oil cause thats what the manufacture calls for my car and the manager argued with me and said my car aint worth puting synthetic oil in and then to top it off he didnt even prim the oil filter lile he was supose to when i told him it needed to be seeing as it has a turbo and my car is 2001 Audi S4 2.7 Twin Turbo it...

Ever since they got rid of the woman that was the manager there, I've had nothing but plessant experiances. It's very affordable and the guys work quickly to get you back out on your way. I have complete trust in the Lighthouse lube staff and will continue taking my vehicles there for years to come.

i have not had any problems with the lighthouse lubes they hav e been great to me. and in response to the other reviews the newer vehicles do take more oil and all lubes shapes give you the 5 quarts included in the service anything over is extra it is posted in the shops.. they also offer upgraded oils but you do not have to take those that is on the costumers decision.. and some times the...

Normally, I change my oil on my own, but since it was freezing outside, I fugured I'd sit in my nice, toasty car while someone else does it.
