Customer service sucks! I signed up a while ago and the only reason I stay is because it is so close to work and home. When they originally signed me up the told me I would be paying their upgraded pass for the first month to "waive the enrollment fee". BS! They continued to charge me after I specifically asked if I needed to come back in a month later to have it changed. I was told it...

I wouldn't even give this business a star, since my experience has not been positive at all.

I purchased membership for my boyfriend's birthday, but I didn't know at that time, that he didn't like the club from before. I was surprised from very beginning how high the "initiation fees" were, it was around $125 for 2 months and initiation fees. I did express that it was too high, but still...
