I've gone to this gym regularly for nearly two years, and it's been okay. If you live in Highland Park, it's super convenient, and if you'll go often enough, it's a good investment in yourself....

A down and dirty gym. Emphasis on dirty. The men's' locker room smells of something approaching mold; especially in the showers. It's a poor introduction to Lifetime gyms. I wouldn't go there except: 1) it's close to my house, 2) work pays for a substantial part of the membership dues.

This is sort of like a halfway Lifetime. It's located in the middle of Highland Park in St. Paul, inside of a larger building with several other businesses.
