Something has changed with this nursing center. As a visitor to the location for quite awhile now, from when it was Life Care of Bothell through today, there's an energy shift, that isn't necessarily good for the patients and families. There was an obvious change of hands with the staffing of nurses somewhere around September. Many phenomenal nurses are no longer in the building, I'm not sure...
