They gave me a reasonable quote and stuck to it - didn't try to add any extras, although the work took a long time. The office person was very helpful and communicative and the workmen, particularly Suard, did a fantastic and thorough job. I would definitely recommend them!

Cost was more than quoted by $200.00. Total job was $1200.00!
Did not do what was originally quoted - cut out hole on unit and use a machine connected to unit. Instead used a portable machine by vents.
There is MORE DUST now. Waste of $$.
