He recommends this so that he can have both financial decision makers together to sign off on a months long treatment plan that is in the $2000 range that is only payable all at once, or through a financing company, meaning he gets his money no matter what. I was 20 years old, living with chronic Asthma most of my life, chronic joint pains all over my body, and very much over weight at 232lbs.
