My Dad was a happy resident at Library Square in West Allis, Wi until they hired a new Administrator Connie Knapp. She doesn't have a clue as to what she is doing. She lies to cover up her lack of knowledge. Residents miss deadlines due to things Connie did not do on her end. When they approach her she pretends that they never spoke to her about it. I think she is mad and needs help. My Dad got so sick of dealing with Connie that we had to move him to a new facility. We complain several times to the Laureate management, but they did nothing to help us. They just made excuses for her. I would not go to Library Square until Connie Knapp is fired.
