"If you don't feel like going to Little Italy", these extended family-owned ristorantes around Greater Baltimore are "mainstays" for a "low-key" Italian meal, cooking up "old-fashioned", "seriously good grub" in "family-friendly" settings with "upbeat flair" and "solid", "attentive" service; half-price wine specials add to the "value."
Usually fabulous, but tonight was a little off for the park chop.
We will go back...guess it was just an off night
We arrived 30 minutes early for our reservation for brunch on Sunday and were seated immediately. Service was attentive but not overbearing, food arrived quickly and everyone enjoyed their selections.
Food and service was terrific. Bar is too small for live music, it was very loud. Suggest for a special occasion go earlier in the evening before bar scene gets going.
Best burger I've ever had that I didn't make myself. Comfortable environment, good music, great food, and an extensive oyster selection. Service was a little slow but it was a Friday night so that's to be expected. I will definitely be going back.
Was a great choice to celebrate with a few family members my daughter's high school graduation. Waiter was friendly, inquired about the occasion and treated her with a special dessert. This was a nice touch.
