i found the wait time to be absolutely ridiculous! i even tried going in a half hour before my appt to get seen on time and they still managed to have us seen 1 after our appt time. they call you into a room in the back and have you waiting there alone with your sick child for long periods of time. i, along with several other parents would step out and ask if someone had forgotten us! in fact, never once did i meet this Dr. levy. no one ever knew us and the nurses had terrible customer service.
