I have always liked hardware stores - dad use to take me to them when I was young and this one has everything and if they don't they can tell where to get it, always very friendly and helpful. they let me just walk around and find what I want or they will find it for me. always spend way to much there - always find more than I am looking for - thanks

How to lose a customer for $20.00:

On July 3rd, I had a trailer reserved for rental from U-Haul. But, the death of my mom on July 1st kind of screwed up those plans ""just a bit"". So, my wife called the U-Haul Rental place we had used to ""reserve"" the trailer - Level Park Hardware - to cancel the rental.

My wife spoke to a young lady who said there is a $50 penalty. So, we agreed to rent the trailer anyway.
