Levant is our preferred place to eat when attending week night events at the Knight Theater and Mint, Gantt and Bechtler Museum. The hostess and waitress are always friendly and helpful. I booked a table here ahead of a show at Knight Theater (literally right across the street!) despite the number of less-than-great reviews I read. I'm not sure where the people who left bad reviews ate because we really enjoyed our dinner.

We try to visit anytime we're in downtown Charlotte for an event at Knight's Theatre. Love the food, wine and the atmosphere. Really can't go wrong but if you're going to the theatre, you may not be able to take your leftovers.
