Waited 40 minutes to speak with the service guy about a part. Listened to another employee speaking rudely to a customer. Never got the part and won't go back. Worst pool store I've seen.

I just stood in line for at least 45 mins (with three people in front of me) to get my water tested. The guy that I think was the manager was running around changing price signs instead of testing water. I will NEVER go back!!!

We have used Leslie's twice now to fix our pool filter issues. Extremely professional, and right on target when it came to the repairs. They could have jammed us for $1500 for a circuit board on...
