Something Doesn't Add Up...

I am the wife of a Les Schwab employee. My husband started with the company almost 7 years ago and is now a proud Assistant Manager. I have yet to come accross a situation where Les Scwab was negligent or at-fault without taking the necessary steps to correct the situation. NO, they are not perfect (although, they come much closer than any of their competition).

I bought tires from Schwab a few times, but the last time they haven't lived up to their self-proclaimed reputation and I am livid to the point of never buying again.
